Breakfast:
Breakfast bar = 110 calories

Lunch:
Couple pieces of chocolate = 100 calores???
half an orange = 30 calories


The day isn't over yet obviously.

For yesterday I have to add a couple pieces of chocolate, a poptart, and a meatless chicken pattie
adding around 600 calories to the already 700 for that day..
disgusting...

I have no been doing a very good job updating this every day.
But I guess that is because I've been beyond depressed and lonely lately
that eating is my only form of comfort
so I feel terrible when I think to write down what I ate for the day and realize I ate too much.

I've been so depressed lately because my husband has been working too many hours
and comes home so tired and passes out on the couch
so I end up sleeping alone in the bed.
I almost feel like he doesn't care because I wake him up when I'm ready to go to the bedroom and he starts to bitch about it.
I try not to bother him about working so much but I at least require that he sleeps in the bedroom with me. It isn't like it is the hugest walk to get there. No stairs or whatever.
Then I get upset and end up crying and sleeping alone.
Idk. hopefully his schedule will change soon and that can all stop.

Today so far:

Breakfast:
Raisin bran with almond breeze = 280 calories
Poptart = 210 calories

Snack:
Chips = 190 calories
half a banana = 50 calories

I can't believe how much I have eaten already !!!
That's already 730 calories!!!
I really can't wait until I am comfortable enough to get a gym membership or if we buy a treadmill because I can not take being 115 pounds at 4'11".
It's disgusting!!!
I hate jogging outside too because I only go at night and I wish that I had a treadmill so I could run in the morning and then in the evening too. I don't like to go outside during daylight because I'm too self conscious and I hate going at night because it's creepy.

PLAN for Febuary 26th, 2009


I am about to go for a run for the night
and I decided to post my plan for tomorrow...

Breakfast:
Raisinbran with almond breeze = 280 calories
OR
breakfast bar = 110 calories

Lunch:
Broccoli/carrots/mushrooms with thousand island = 200 calories
OR
Nothing

Dinner:
Smoothie = 150 calories

Obviously this is a PLAN
so that is why the "or"s are in there.

If anyone is wondering what almond breeze is
it is a milk made of almonds and I recommend it to anyone.
It's yummy, not as fattening as milk, and only has 60 calories per serving.
I really need to find a new cereal because raisin bran has 220 calories per serving...
I tried honey cheerios but they don't taste good
and then I'll just end up eating something else later for the cravings...
I haven't found a cereal that is vegan and is one that I can eat every day.
Most cereals are too sugary
or they are a type of cereal you have to actually be in the mood for...
I kind of like days when we are busy
and I just eat a breakfast bar for breakfast
instead of high calorie cereals.
Tomorrow we have a lot of errands to run so hopefully we will just get up, get dressed,
and I'll grab us breakfast bars...
